Frequently asked questions
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing you already have is removed or locked. You keep every customer, product, user and delivery; you just can't add new ones of that kind until you are back under the limit, move to a bigger plan, or we raise that one limit for you.
Can I add more users than my plan includes?
Yes. Each plan includes a set number of users, and you can add extra users, charged per user, up to the plan's maximum: 5 on Silver, 8 on Gold and 20 on Platinum.
How are messages charged?
SMS messages to your customers are billed separately from your plan, at Rs 0.5 per message, on every plan.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Contact us and we move your branch to the new plan. Its limits and features apply straight away, and none of your data changes. Any custom limits are replaced by the new plan's numbers.
How do I get started?
A new branch starts on a trial with the same limits and features as Silver. When you are ready to pick a plan, contact us.
Which features depend on the plan?
Every plan includes purchases, production, bank accounts, rider stock and the Rider App. Only a few things change: corporate customers start on Gold, and warehouse management and advance costing on Platinum.
