Water economics first
Bottle deposits, empties at risk, and cash-on-delivery are core concepts, not afterthoughts.
Our story
Mashqi started as a proof-of-concept for Pakistani water distributors and grew into a production ERP for plants, routes, and cash collection worldwide.
Most ERPs treat water delivery like any other retail business. They bury daily work under invoices, vouchers, and chart-of-accounts screens. Mashqi does the opposite: Delivery / Sale, Payment In, empties, zones, and rider routes are first-class.
We work with family depots and growing distributors who need production batches, live tracking, SMS confirmations, and honest ledgers without hiring a full-time accountant to navigate the software.
Principles that show up in every screen we ship.
Bottle deposits, empties at risk, and cash-on-delivery are core concepts, not afterthoughts.
Production batches, filling lines, and daily delivery share one stock picture.
Tenant isolation, role guards, and transactional posting so partial saves never corrupt balances.
Labels match what owners and riders say out loud: customers, riders, deliveries, and empties.
Built for real depots
Mashqi matches bottled-water economics: bottle deposits, daily rider collections, and customer balances - not generic voucher types and chart-of-accounts clutter.
Teams we designed the product around.
Owner-operators who dispatch riders, collect cash, and need one honest ledger at day end.
Bottlers running recipes, batches, and raw consumption alongside route sales.
Operations spread across districts with zone filters, live tracking, and rider day-books.
Sign in with your branch, set up zones and items, and put riders on the road the same day.
